Child Birth Classes
Are you terrified of birth? Or, was a previous birth traumatic?
HypnoBirthing® birth classes are for you! Your body is made to birth naturally. You'll learn how to work with your body and your baby to let it happen using the original HypnoBirthing® the Mongan Method birth classes.
Did you know that fear in birth causes most of the pain in birth?
You'll not only learn how to relax your mind and body quicky, but you'll also learn what is happening during labor so that during labor you have tools to breathe through the surges and even embrace them.

Birth Doula
You need a doula! A doula who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo of the traditional "on your back birth" or fear based education and birth. You are the captain of the ship! You deserve to have autonomy and the satisfaction of making your own decisions. I"ll teach you what is possible and show you how to get there. I'll be there throughout your labor to support and be your advocate for the kind of birth you want.
Evidence shows that phsyiological birth and undmedicated moms and babies do better. I'll help you prepare your mind and body to remain present, relaxed and in your birthing brain so that you can cope with the demands of labor and birth.

I started Natural Birth Solutions 19 years ago to teach couples that birth can be so much better than the birth stories they may have heard. I believe that pregnancy is a natural and beautiful experience that should be embraced with joy and excitement because birth is not a medical event!
I consider myself a "wholistic" doula. Since mind, body and soul must all be aligned in order for a woman to have the best opportunity to have an unintervened birth. I love to help moms who are intending to use holistic natural methods to remain calm and comfortable. "My moms" aren't afraid to question, resist and even rebel a little against the status quo. They want the least interventions while still remaining open to whatever turn their birthing might take.
